This tour is ideal for solo and relay English Channel swimmers to complete their mandatory six hour swim, a triathletes or an open water swimmer training for an event and those who would like to try out long distance swimming - all are welcome. With a full safety escort to look after you, whether you are a triathlete, a participant in open water swim events or someone who would like to try out long distance swimming - all are welcome.

As a swimmer, you will be part of a small group that will be mentored and advised by experienced Channel swimmers and swim coaches. With expert advice in devising the tour from Nick Adams, the guides will work with you on your swim stroke using video analysis and help with your event preparation, feeding and training. The swims are fully escorted and build up on a daily basis to conclude with a six hour swim.

Swimmers will stay in a private villa set in a nature reserve less than 80 metres from the sea and can participate with or without a wetsuit. Sea temperatures range from 13-15 degrees Celcius.

The tour cost includes all accommodation, breakfast, lunch, safety boats, guides and transfers from Formentera harbour to the villa. Guests are responsible for travel, dinner, and wet suit hire.

Safety briefing and acclimatisation swim.
A morning swim of one hour and an afternoon swims of two hours starting at Canyes beach.
A morning swim of two hours from Canyes beach to Platja de sa Roquetta and an afternoon swim of three hours from Canyes beach to Punta Prima.
The day involves a six hour swim from Platja de sas Canyes to Racco de ses Ampolles.
